Whew! It's been a long time... is anyone there?! Even if you aren't, I'm gonna get down to brass tacks anyways.
First off, those of you asking for a Bionic Commando Soundtrack have your wish! Starting tomorrow, July 28th, the Bionic Commando soundtrack will be available at key retailers, through the Sumthing Else Music Works, and as a digital download via iTunes and Sumthing Digital (although release times may be subject to change depending on the store.) With 20 pieces of swingingly-great music, you can't go wrong! Do your final deed as a good commando and support the title by snatching up this fantastic offer.
The PC version of the game hits this week and for all you gamers trying to save the environment by not wasting paper, expect a Steam version as well. With higher resolutions, better frame rates, and cutting-edge filters this is the best version to own for all you high-end PC buffs!
Finally, as mentioned on the Capcom-unity blog, patching in trophies for the PSN version of Bionic Commando Rearmed is still in the cards. I guess it just goes to show that if the fans want something enough, Capcom is still one of the first companies to listen. More details as the are released.
Finally, although unexpected, Bionic Commando scored a 34 out of 40 netting it a GOLD award from Famitsu. That puts it up there with Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter 4 and is not too shabby for a game developed in the west.
As always, thanks for all your support!
Ben

cool!
Im definately getting it, especially for the ending theme. While the ending was completely fucking insane (in a good way), the last minutes of the game were absolutely beautiful! Also its nice to see Rearmed on steam :) im sure a lot of people will pick it up and get the big one afterwards, if not just buy the awesome two-pack
by the way, thanks again for a really good game, BC is one of the best single player experiences i have had in a long time (one think annoys me though... i still don't get why we can't go back for collectibles and stuff. That was a wierd desicion)
A bit late, but what the hey
Hahaa, the Gromin lives on!Anyway, I think I got my copy of the soundtrack from Sumthing a week ago or so, so this post is a tad bit late (or they broke the street date?)
Irregardless, this is easily one of the best (if not the best) soundtracks around with a tad bit over one hour of content :D
So, what are you waiting for? Go! Buy! Consume! :P
The Gromin...

So, the question begs to be asked: When will Capcom announce Bionic Commando 2?And, who uses Morse Code in German?

The swing mechanic was an excellent feature of the game. I would love to see where a sequel would take it. Maybe with a bunch of new eyes on the franchise and a new team, but with the original assets of Grins game, there are potential to prove the doubters wrong. BC2 2012 anybody? :)
