NATHAN "RAD" SPENCER
The original Bionic Commando. Captain Nathan "RAD" Spencer is the only solider in the FSA fitted with experimental bionic technology - a Bionic Arm that affords him abilities and strengths that lesser men can only dream of. After losing his real arm in a grenade explosion, Spencer joined an experimental division in TASC, the FSA's military intelligence agency. Working under Bionics Project Supervisor Joseph Gibson, Spencer was known as “Research and Development Subject 1”, or “RAD” for short, and the nickname stuck. Many continued to call him “Rad” Spencer for years.
Spencer may have a Bionic Arm and a fine line in sunglasses, but he'll need all his skill to survive a behind-the-lines assault into Imperial-controlled territory to resuce his friend and mentor, Super Joe.
