As seen in Famitsu via popular blog Kotaku, there is a "RAD Spencer" costume in Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop for Wii.
As
one reader already pointed out, there is no Bionic Commando on Wii but
hey, at least we were able to get Spencer on that console, even if it
is only a little Frank West cosplay.
But wait! There's more! Not necessarily a cross-over that can lead to anything but rolling eyes, it would appear that one of the fine inhabitants of the Resident Evil 5 blog bears an uncanny resemblance to a certain video game producer that has been known to "robe-up" for major
interviews.
