Testie, testie... one, two, three?
Mic sounded fine (better near the end). It was a good podcast, but are you trying to short us?

Thank you fellows.
I've listened to the last four or so podcasts. I've enjoyed all of them thus far. Just so you guys know, I'm a poor Austin TX, musician that hasn't really played any video games or bought a new system since the Nintendo 64. I purchased a Xbox 360 with the rumors from friends half my age that the original Bionic Commando and a 3d version were in the works. I know of quite a few folks in their 30 somethings that are salivating for these games. I'm going on 31 and can't wait to be transported back to 10. Thanks for keeping this franchise alive.

Blue Snowball
The podcast sounded pretty good guys. But at times Gearoid did sound an little distant and "echo-ie" during the recording.

Sound quality of the snowball
Hey Bionic Commando Guys,
First off just wanted to say I love the show and to comment about the quality of your new equipment. I think that sound quality dipped a bit in this episode I am sure after getting use to your new equipment things will be better. The only thing I ask is that you turn the sound up a bit, almost everyone seemed to be very quiet during the show.
Other then that I'd like to hear what ya been playing as heard in the player one podcast. Doesn't have to be 45 minutes long like their show generally goes (which is alright for them) for but just a few minutes talking about what games your either knees deep in or something your checking out. And no I don't want to hear Ben talking about playing the Alpha version of Wii Masturbation game. Otherwise keep up the good work, I'd like to have a new episode every week but I can understand if that isn't possibly. Can't wait to hear what sort of wild stories come out of Vegas.

Thanks for the input
Thanks for your feedback everybody, both on the podcast itself and the sound quality of our new equipment... we are still experimenting with various ways of making sure you get the best podcast, on time, every two weeks! And for my part, I will try to speak up...
Deltakiral - we did used to do that "what are you playing" segment in the early days of the podcast, before we got too busy to actually play any other games... we'll definitely try to bring it back on the next one.

Distrobution Platforms
Will you be releasing Bionic Commando and Rearmed on Steam or otherwise via digital distribution? What about GameTap?

Rad Spencer vs Chun Li?
What are the chances of having a playable Rad Spencer in Tatsunoko vs Capcom? A new 2D Capcom fighting game plus Bionic Commando sounds like chocolate and peanut butter.

Thanks
Gearoid, (not going to lie I had to copy and paste that in)
Thanks for the update, I know that sometimes you get busy with Conventions and other things but when you (or any other member of the podcast) does play something interesting it would be nice to hear what your thoughts are on that particular game. Also when you go to Vegas make sure to try out In N Out Hamburgers when your in town. I am convinced that they are the best and you'll love them, I am sorry they don't serve whiskey with them. I can't wait until the next show, I wish you released a show every week. But one every other is still awesome, can't wait for BCR need to get my swing on. The soundtrack just makes me want the game so much more.

@Joel Button
BCR will definitely be on Steam and other digital distribution networks... we will try to get a final list on the next podcast.
@CarmineMac
Wouldn't that be sweet?! We'll certainly put it to the team!
@Deltakirai
Funny you should mention that, I actually did sample the delights of the In N Out burger while I was the US, and in the immortal words of Donny from The Big Lebowski, "Those are good burgers, Walter".

Captivate 08! questions
hey everyone, i've been following the captivate 08 coverage, and i must say the multiplayer for bionic commando 3D looks amazing!
anyway, i think most of you attended the event, so my question is, besides the bionic commando titles, which of capcom's upcoming games are you all most looking forward to?
also, one other quick question, i think i heard miguel's voice in the new spybots trailer, was that him?
i noticed geroid (sp?) translating for the RE5 producer in an interview, and it made me smile inside. sounds like it was a blast and i wish i could have attended!

No, that wasn't my voice in the Spyborgs trailer, but after watching it I can see why you would think that. Any voice work I've done for Capcom (the podcast aside) has only been for in-house stuff that's just used as a "dummy" recording until they get some real voice actors.

Capcom Vs Tatsunoko
@CarmineMac
Yeah, having Spencer swinging around in a Versus game would totally fit. Alas, the character roster for CVT has already been set in stone and it's a more JPN-based title so Spencer may not have fit. You know I am a huge fan of the series, so I will keep trying to get Spencer out there as a major new/old character but gimme some time.
@Nothingman
I think you are confusing Miguel "Corti the Hutt" with his more famous uncle Jessie "Superstar" Corti. It's an honest mistake, we forgive you. (hehe)

Sound quality...hmmm....
I have to say I'm not a big fan of the new sound quality. It sounds more…amateurish I guess would be my opinion. I rather liked the higher quality of the previous podcasts and being able to hear everyone clearly without echos. The differences in the speaking parts of the podcast in comparison with the section cut thingies is really obvious and sounds weird next together. But…I can live with the sound quality dip if it makes it easier for everyone involved.
Anyway, I can’t wait to hear the next podcast about Vegas. I’m hoping to hear some entertaining stories.
Oh and is it too much to ask for a group picture of the podcast crew? It’s always nice to put a face to a voice and I promise I won't draw whiskers and ear hair on it =D

Not a fan of the new microphone...
I have to agree with Linnachan. I know the new sound system may be easy to use, but it doesn't sound very good. (^v^;) Everyone sounds really far away, and as soon as more than one person begins talking, the needle goes into the red! I know setting up four microphones that you have to lick is a hassle, but the sound quality is much better.

Nathan Spencer skateboarding over the Albatross...
while eating a Slim Jim! Now that’s a figurine in the Limited Edition that’s guaranteed to be cheesy (and break your disc)!
Just to put my two cents in on the Bionic Commando: Limited Edition; defiantly put the comic book in there along with the sound track (or you could just put excerpts from previous swinger’s clubs guests in there?). Concept art? Comparisons between the 8-bit and next-gen version? How about a keychain that makes the 8-bit arm-extension noise when you press it (bawwrooww)? Or how about an 8-bit figurine of Spencer on a stand that makes the 8-bit arm-extension noise when a button on the base is pressed? Not something chintzy, but on par with some of the higher quality figurines you can find in Japan.
One thing is certain. If a limited edition is released, I’m picking it up…with the quickness.
